NBC’s buzzy new series This Is Us got off to an impressive start in the ratings Tuesday night, crushing rivals at 10 p.m. aided by its strong The Voice lead-in.
The emotional dramedy pilot with a twist ending delivered 10 million viewers and a 2.8 rating among adults 18-49. That’s bigger than 26 of 28 drama premieres on the major broadcast networks over the past year in the demo, and also ranks as the biggest new series debut so far this fall.
